Shipping Cost

-Free domestic standard shipping on orders over AU$160
-A flat rate of AU$9.95 provided by AU POST for orders under AU$160 for standard au post parcel service
– A flat rate of AU$14.95 express shipping fee applied for all orders, which provided by AU POST

How long does the shipping take?

We try our best to ship the products within 3 business days and it approximately takes about 3-8 business days for it to be delivered to you. Public holidays may result into delay of shipping.

Order cancelation

We do our best to process order cancellations as long as the products are not shipped out.

Return and exchange

Kawaii Gifts strives to provide you with products that are of the highest quality. But if for product issues (defective goods or products received not matching the one you chose from website) that you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for a store credit.
However, we currently don’t accept refund or exchange because of change of mind.
Don’t worry! We will gladly accept return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned products MUST be in original condition (unopened, sealed,unused, undamaged) and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
Customers are responsible for return postage fee. Refund transactions take 3-5 working days from the arrival of your returned products. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Contact us before sending any items back: please do not send anything back without any communication prior.

If a product is wrongly delivered or damaged in transit, please email us as soon as possible with all the details (original tax invoice, product description, product packaging and parcel packaging). After assessment, we will refund all delivery charges including returned postage fee.
Online orders can be returned online and physical store.
the refund will be processed electronically and credited back to the card within 3 to 5 business days from the date the returned item(s) are received and processed by our team.
